Butch Elzea

Butch Elzea is a retired businessman, 2008 First Citizen, co-chair of Friend-in-Deed golf, and a driving force for Edwin Watts Southwind Park.

John P. Eck Sr.

John P. Eck Sr. is a retired partner from Eck, Schafer & Punke LLP / CPA. Linda & John are parents to four children, Cris Lust, John Jr., Thomas, and Paula Clifton. They have 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Pat Phalen

Pat Phalen is President and CEO of Illinois National Bancorp and is Executive Vice President of INB. Pat manages Trust, Wealth, Mortgage, Retail and Marketing while also handling the duties of the holding company. Pat is very passionate about what he does and about serving the needs of his customers and the community at large.

Mike Pence

Mike Pence has 38 years of banking experience in the Springfield area. He has been with BoS for 28 years and currently serves as President.

Tom Fitch

Tom Fitch serves as the Vice President of Facilities, Real Estate & Construction at Springfield Clinic. In this role, Tom leads a team responsible for facility planning, design, and construction to support the clinic's growth throughout Central and Southern Illinois. A life-long resident, Tom is a strong community advocate and has served on the boards of many non-profit organizations.
